You can do it!

When I am setting a goal I try to set one that is reachable. Taking baby steps to get to the big goal makes getting to the finish line a whole lot easier for me. Having a big goal and doing little things at a time is very helpful.

I used to be overweight and I would tell myself I was going to lose 50 pounds by Summer, but that big number always seemed to bring me down. I eventually told myself I am going to lose 5 pounds this month and I was able to do that because the goal was something that I could actually do.

In the end the strategy worked because I lost 67 pounds and now I have the body that I have always wanted.

People who have a hard time doing things that seem hard to them make do better if they try to accomplish little things at a time.

Also, people should do something that is helping themselves. You need to perform a goal that can make you feel good. For me, loosing weight boosted my self confidence and made me feel better about myself. I know my health has improved and that this was the best thing I could do for myself.

People should work hard to accomplish their goals and do what is best for them. Don't let anyone stop you from getting to the finish line!
