Unusual Resume

It's true that the first impressions in any industry comes with your resume. However there are cases existing which have no tail to it.

I am talking about my friend who was an engineer and had no clue about call centers. He wanted to apply for a visa and earn also polish his English. He didn't have to struggle much. All he did is went in one of the companies in the city and applied.

The most astonishing part about the interview was his resume. He has done mechanical engineering which has got nothing to do with the call center industry. When the interviewer looked at the resume, he was baffled for 2 minutes because the qualifications were even higher than him. He had never seen any such resume in his life for a job in a call center.

My friend mentioned about all the projects and planning he did during internship which had no comparison to the job that he applied for. It was very difficult for the interviewer to digest the fact that he was there for a job. His first impression was simply a joke or just a time pass. God knows how, that resume impressed the interviewer and my friend got through the interview. Even my friend was little surprised to know as he thought he had to struggled a bit.

That decision helped my friend to fluent his language and apply for visa. Now he is in UK and earning a very good income.
