Imagine You've Already Reached Your Goal

by Anonymous

Write a goal that you would like to achieve in a notebook or journal. Write it as it is happening or as it is about to happen, as in the present tense. Put a date on the top of that page. So you're tuning your subconscious up to get it.

I would recommend in a case of someone, particularly if they have an extra low tolerance to a big goal, go back and sit and review it and feel it and really get into the emotional state of what it would mean to you to actually have achieved that goal. Then, stay in touch with those good and imagine how you will feel once you achieve your goal.

Keep in touch with people that help you on a regular basis and people who motivate you on a regular basis. It's easy to lose touch. It's easy to go back into your old ways. It's easy to wake up one day and say it's all too hard and then all your hard work is gone. So, it's important to have positive people around you that reinforce your goals for you. Have people that share your passion. And that may mean that you have to lose a few of the people that don't. And maybe refocus on connecting with people who do. Fill your life with positives and leave out the negatives.
